Under CAA Rules Brady is authorised to fly up to 400ft high. There are restricted areas (Military, near airports etc) which have boundaries to ensure a safe flying environment.
Night time flying is permitted as long as you are within 100m of the structure being photographed, and do not go above the height of the structure.
