Downer is an Australian Stock Exchange Top-100 company that provides engineering and infrastructure management services to the public and private transport, energy, infrastructure, communications and resources sectors, across Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific region.

In December they held breakfasts for their entire team throughout the country. I captured the Wellington team enjoying their breakfast, before suggesting we take a team photo outside.

I had already prepared a detailed plan on how to photograph this large number of people, and get them to form the letters DOWNER on the grass outside.
