When we decided to sell our house in Wellington we were generally appalled at the poor quality of photography and marketing that the agents offered, so we decided to market our house ourselves. So we commissioned Brady to take our photographs for us – it was one of the best decisions of our marketing strategy. Brady is a consummate professional who had lots of great ideas, but he was also very willing, and completely able, to develop some of our ideas into great photographs. Our house was only on the market for 8 weeks – at a time when we were told the average was 3 months. So many people complimented us on how great our photographs were and how well they presented our house, many suggesting that it was the primary reason for their deciding to view the property. The photographs really were a central part of our marketing and we re-used them over and over, in many different formats; from colour laser print flyers, printed postcards, small posters, large front of house signage and on our own website.
